Vicky and Gary’s Lincolnshire wedding was very much focused on family and it really shows. Their ceremony was at Grimsby United Reformed Church, just a stones throw from their home where they had their reception in a beautifully decorated open marquee.
Vicky got ready at home, where the caterers were prepping and cooking in her kitchen, the naked cake being freshly assembled in another room and the final touches were being added to the marquee. Vicky and Gary were so chilled out about their plans, and often referred to their wedding as a party.
A special moment for me was when a bee flew into Vicky’s bouquet whilst we were taking their bridal party photographs. Vicky absolutely loves bee’s and you’ll notice they’re incorporated into her wedding theme so how lovely that one hitched a ride on her bouquet, which was bee friendly I might add.
