I was looking forward to this Cleethorpes beach shoot with Lilly for so many reasons, just look at her hair! I was hoping the beach would have a little breeze (it’s Cleethorpes so chances were high) to capture some windswept shots of those gorgeous long curls. I’m not going to lie, I had complete hair envy throughout the entire shoot.
I asked Lilly’s mum if I could make a little prop for the shoot as I have a current obsession with twig crowns. Thankfully Lilly loved the crown. She looked like a little mermaid with her golden locks on the sand. As we looked for crabs and seashells, Lilly re-cited lines from Mamma Mia and ran up and down the beach. I loved this beach shoot so much that this Spring’s mini sessions are going to be held on the beach! I’m so excited!
