I have been in the Grimsby Newborn photography game for quite some time now but just this past year I have been taking a more relaxed approach to these sessions. I no longer offer the posed, heavily propped shoots and concentrate on each individual baby. Some babies are happy to sleep, some don’t want to be just in their nappies, some want to be held and some are lovely and settled awake. My main aim is to capture those cherished moments between families welcoming their new bundle into their home.

This is Charlie’s session. I went to school with Charlie’s mum and have photographed his big sister at my mini sessions so I was so happy when I was asked to capture these treasured memories.  Amber had me in hysterics the entire shoot, she’s such a character. As you can see from the first frame below, I’d barely started and she’d had enough of me already! She’s just too cute for words!
